HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT APEROL SPRITZ

An Aperol Spritz is my absolute go to when it comes to a sunny weekend drink! I like to think I’ve perfected the classic Aperol concoction after pouring myself way too many over the years… here is my simple way to pour the perfect spritz just in time for the 3 day weekend!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Your favourite glass. I love to use a balloon glass like this one.

Fresh Oranges

Aperol

Prosecco

Soda Water

Ice

A Stirrer

A Straw (I love to use our reusable metal ones linked here)

HOW TO POUR

Start by filling your pre chilled glass with a handful of ice

Add 2 parts Aperol, 3 parts Prosecco, 1 part soda.

Give it a swirl together

Cut a large slice of orange and pop across the top

Add a straw to finish

VOILA!

The perfect Aperol! I love to team mine with a side of olives… bank holiday garden chill out heaven!
